The ECQ process is continuing for the 2011-12 reporting period. Education and Placement Providers have been written to outlining key reporting requirements. The ECQ Framework and self assessment reporting documentation is available for download on the right hand side of this page.

The key deadlines for self assessment reporting period are:

• 31st August 2011 – for placement providers to send ECQ placement audit reports to NHSWM (QAAnnualreview@westmidlands.nhs.uk) and their linked education providers.

• 21st October 2011 – for education providers to send ECQ education provider audits to NHSWM (QAAnnualreview@westmidlands.nhs.uk)
