Ongoing Quality Monitoring and Enhancement Framework (OQME) was NHS West Midlands non-medical education and training (NMET) quality assurance, monitoring and enhancement process.

This process has since been replaced by Education Commissioning for Quality (ECQ) however reports from 2009 – 2010 are still available for download on the website in the right hand column for information purposes.

Please note that improvement action plans that were developed as part of 2009 - 2010 OQME review process were monitored as part of the 2010 - 2011 ECQ quality review cycle and are contained within those reports.
